Scottish Events Awards
The Scottish Events Awards have been set up to recognise companies who stage and present events within the entertainments and events industry that exceed the expectations of their clients.
In 2012, 21cc Fireworks were nominated as finalists in 2 categories, ‘Best Event Services Supplier’, ‘The Sustainability Award’ and ‘The Green Award’. Over the last 12 months, company Director, Geoff Crow has been championing the ‘Green Revolution’ within the 21cc Fireworks team. Our event delivery has never been so sustainably focused. From day-to-day office work, site work, show design, debris management and transport.
On the night, 21cc Fireworks received a commendation for ‘Best Event Services Supplier‘ for their successful delivery of spectacular finales and effects for some of the countries biggest and prestigious festivals and events.
21cc Fireworks were congratulated on their their innovation and ability to problem solve, presenting their clients with a high end professional service that helped make their clients events stand out from the rest. They were also commended for their customer care programme and recent facility expansion that enables 21cc Fireworks to accommodate a wide range of challenges on behalf of their clients.
VOWS Awards
VOWS stands for Voted Outstanding Wedding Supplier of the year and is a celebration of businesses in the Scottish wedding industry which have been nominated for the awards by happy newlyweds for exceptional levels of service. Now in its seventh year, the VOWS Awards 2011 attracted more than 12,000 nominations and 100 Scottish wedding companies made the shortlist.
At the awards dinner in Glasgow, 21cc Fireworks was named top in their category in front of 600 wedding industry peers to scoop the VOWS Awards 2011 Wedding Specialist Services Award.
Speaking at the event on Monday night, Geoff of 21cc Fireworks was delighted with the win. This is the second time 21cc Fireworks has been nominated for a VOWS award. Geoff said: “I’m ecstatic, humbled, overwhelmed and grateful. We were nominated last year and this is our first win. We have a very special team who’ve put a lot of work in especially in the last year. It’s always a privilege to be a part of a wedding, and we are so grateful to people for voting for us.”
‘Professional Fireworks Company of the Year 2010‘ (Media Online)
Throughout the year, the Directors at Media Today Online select organisations that have best demonstrated a proven ability to go that extra mile in not only meeting but exceeding the needs of their clients. Therefore, in line with this philosophy, it gives us pleasure to announce 21cc Fireworks has been selected to receive the Online Award for Professional Fireworks Display Specialist of the Year 2010. This is an independent Award Programme recognised both locally and nationally.
Commenting on receiving this title by Media Today Online, Company Director Geoff Crow went on to say:
